Outright got called to a regular customer who were having an issue with one of their production lines. The product which was being cut would sometimes vary in length over a shift.
Outright first made contact with the onsite electrician to confirm they had ruled out an electrical fault. We also double checked and confirmed that the Cetop 5 valve was sticking. Due to the age of the valves we recommened them changing both the DCV (Directional Control Valve) and PO (Pilot Open) check valve. These where ordered and delivered for assembly the next day.
When the customer called this is what thier product looked liked, a mixture of lengths within 1 batch.
This is the first batch after Outright Hydrualics had changed the valve (all done within the customers hour lunch break).
Another happy customer.
